- The subject of this small-scale public contract (hereinafter also "VZMR") is the provision of the service Technical inspections and emission measurement of trucks, buses and the performance of technical inspections of trailers for the year 2024 in the scope specified by this VZMR and the draft Contract for work - framework agreementdy (hereinafter also referred to as the "Agreement"), which is an integral part of the tender conditions and on the basis of individual calls for fulfillment - partial orders issued by the customer in the sense of the Agreement. The contracting authority reserves the right to change the number and types of equipment according to the client's current needs for the duration of the RD. concrquantity and types will be specified in the individual calls - partial orders to the framework agreement.
By submitting an offer, the supplier confirms that he agrees with the General Terms and Conditions of the Ministry of Defense and that he accepts the terms of reference. The procedure for submitting bids is set out in the Electronic Operating Rulesof the instrument. RD fulfillment can be in the range of 0-100%. - Documents :
