Description:
The subject of this small-scale public contract (hereinafter referred to as the "Contract") is the contractor's commitment to ensure the execution of repairs to the heaters at VU 4428 Hranice in 2024 to 2026 to the extent specified by this Contract and the draft Contract for the work - framework agreement (hereinafter also referred to as the "Contract" ), which is an integral part of zagiving conditions and on the basis of individual calls for fulfillment - partial orders issued by the customer in the sense of the Contract. During the duration of the RD, the contracting authority reserves the right to change the number and types of equipment and the possibility of extending the services beyond the scope of the specified items in the RD according to current needs. Specific mnquality, types of technology and serial no. will be listed in individual calls - partial orders to the framework agreement. By submitting an offer, the supplier confirms that he agrees with the General Terms and Conditions of the Ministry of Defense (in the current version published on the contracting authority's profile) and that he accepts the terms of reference.The procedure for submitting bids is determined by the Operating Rules of the electronic tool.
