Description:
RD for disassembly, repair, subsequent assembly, revision and training of VT JAKUB personnel in the years 2023 - 2024. Disassembly and storage of parts (no later than the end of November 2023 to be specified by partial completion of RD) for subsequent repairs of the structure, repairs of climbing modules of VT JAKUB with modifications and follow-upou completion in 2024, revision of climbing modules of VT JAKUB and revision of scaffolding according to operational and training documentation of VT JAKUB, based on standard ČSN 738101 to ensure training at VT JAKUB.

After the service has been performed, the customer requests the issuance of these documentsy: "Revision report (revision report)" - this revision report is necessary for the operation of the VT JAKUB climbing module and the internal climbing wall. In the revision report, provide a specific description of deficiencies and defects with photo documentation. Furthermore, issue a record of the training of persons to carry out operational control of the climbing trmanager JAKUB - "Certificate of Completion of Training". Issue this certificate for each person separately.
The VZ offer must be accompanied by the valid authorization of the persons performing the required activities.
I request that, when fulfilling the subject of the public contract, compliance with the labor law regulations according to the Code of Practiceand the Employment Act and the obligations arising from them. Furthermore, I demand the observance of correct supplier relations.
The deadline for submission of offers will be extended by 4 working days, when tender applicants will have the opportunity to view the current status of VT JAKUB and the subsequent pricing of the offer.
