This is a small-scale public order (according to VZMR only) for the day laboratory veterinary examination of animal samples and clinical samples, including human knees, for the diagnosis of Trichinella spp. in the mass at the SV for storage center Hranice na Morav and specialized in the operations of the Military Veterinary Staff Hlun. The contract will be executed according to the requirements of the contracting authority and the terms of the agreement with the relevant tenderer for the year 2026. The provider will ensure individual dl full test collection or collection of submitted samples for examination, laboratory veterinary examination, issuing protocol and sending them to the customer of the service. The list of required items is given in the price list of the budget items. Individuals will be married on composition of paid taxes. the order details will be submitted together with the tested samples and will be submitted to ET NEN for electronic signature. The service provider undertakes to conduct individual laboratory veterinary examinations in accordance with accredited examination procedures. The assumption in the framework of the agreement is maximum CZK 200,000 / for the year 2026. This may not be achieved.
Requirements:
The contracting authority requires that the employees are authorized to undertake business/operational activities within the scope corresponding to the subject of a public order, were not in liquidation, were not subject to insolvency and were not unreliable VAT payers in the sense of 106a of the Act. 235/2004 Sb., on value added tax, in the form of late regulations.
