This is a small-scale public order (according to VZMR only) for the preparation of a laboratory veterinary examination sample of animals and clinical samples at SV for the storage of the center Hlun, Poln na umav, Chotyn and the Department of Laboratory Diagnostics of the Military Veterinary State Hlun in 2026.
The payment will be made in accordance with the requirements of the contracting authority, based on the framework of the agreement with the relevant tender for the year 2026. The provider will ensure the individual part of the payment process collection or collection of submitted samples for examination, laboratory veterinary examination, issuing a protocol and sending them to the customer of the service. The list of required items is given in the price list of the budget items. Individual tax returns will be based on the amount of taxes paid. order details will be sent together with vetted samples and electronic signature will be submitted to ET NEN. The service provider undertakes to conduct individual laboratory veterinary examinations in accordance with accredited examination procedures. The assumption in the framework of the agreement is a maximum of 100,000 K / for the year 2026. This may not be achieved in this case.
Requirements:
The contractor requires that the participants are authorized to undertake business/operational activities within the scope of the subject matter of the public contract, are not in liquidation, are not subject to insolvency and are not unreliable VAT payers in the sense of 106a of the Act. 235/2004 Coll., on value added tax, as amended by the later regulation.
