Subject and scope of contract performance:
This is a small-scale public contract (hereinafter referred to as VZMR) for the performance of service inspections, routine repairs, STK - ME and tire work on ŠKODA vehicles from the VVetU Hlučin directorate in the period from 1 March 2024 to 28 2. 2025. Fulfillment will be carried out according to the requirements of the clienton the basis of the concluded framework agreement with the winning participant of VZMR for the above-mentioned period. The provider will ensure individual partial performance by continuously performing the required work with the right of priority over other customers. List of required works, list of vehicles and list of ND for valuation are given intables in appendix number 2. Individual partial fulfillments will be carried out on the basis of submitted orders, which will be submitted for electronic signature via ET NEN or for manual signature by e-mail. The service provider undertakes to carry out work according to established technological procedures, whichbelongs to work tasks for the given vehicle - see appendix table no. 2. Due to the warranty of the ŠKODA OCTAVIA combi 2.0 TDI IV vehicle, we require a ŠKODA branded service or a service device with access to enter entries into the electronic service book of the ŠKODA system. Warranty for Š-Octavia combi 2.0 vehicleTDI - IV year of manufacture 2022 and Š-Fabia combi III 1.0 TSI vehicle, year of manufacture 2019 has a prepaid service until 11/2024.
For vehicles, we require the original ND in the event of their exchange.
Requirement for the distance between the service of the VZMR participant and the location of the VVetU Hlučin - is up to 25 km. The inspection will be carried out according to www.mapy.cz.
The expected amount of the framework agreement is a maximum of CZK 250,000 including VAT for the specified period, but this amount may not be reached.
