Description:
Subject and definition of contract performance: This is a small -scale public contract (hereinafter referred to as VZMR) for the purchase of drugs - antiparasitic (including repellents) for the period from 15 2. 205 to 15. 2. Detailed description - see. Annexes no.2. The performance will be implemented according to the requirements - issued sub -orders of the contracting authority on the basis of a closed framework agreement with the winning participant for the above period. In the given period, the supplier shall provide individual partial performance by sale and own delivery or carrier - the price of transport at the expense of the supplier of the assortment of goods according to Annex 2. The expected amount of the framework agreement (RD) will be up to CZK 933,050,00 without VAT with VAT up to 1,051 000,00 CZK. However, this amount may not be achieved. Required: 1. In order to deliver drugs - antiparasitic and repellents for the Military Veterinary Institute of Hlučín, including branches, be carried out at the expense of the winning participant, in acute case within 2 working days of signing the binding order on the ET NEN, proper supply of up to 10 working days Signature of binding orders on ET Nen - see. proposal RD.
