• Subject and definition of contract performance:
  This is a small -scale public contract (hereinafter referred to as VZMR) to ensure the purchase of clinical diets to ensure acute treatment of service dogs hospitalized at VVETU Hlučin including branches - workplaces Prague, Chotyně in the period from RD signature and publishing in the register of contracts up to 30. 6. 2026.
  Documentary offer - itemized budget was determined on the recommendation of professional literature, long -term clinical experience (evaluation of therapeutic effect) with different types of diets at our workplaces and their taste acceptability For service dogs. The minimum expiration time must be longer than 12 months. When carrying a diet with a lower expiration, it will be necessary to consult with the recipient of the diet at the workplace.
  Purchases will be carried out on the basis of individual sub -performance - challenge to provide compliance on the basis of requirements according to closed Framework agreements with the winning candidate. The supplier shall ensure the supply of the required material on the basis of a written call for performance, as follows - up to 10 working days per individual workplaces after receiving the order - call for performance regardless of the amount and size of the packaging.
