All communication (inquiries) between the client and the supplier takes place exclusively on the NEN electronic marketplace portal.change by own forces.
The price includes all costs for taking over, hauling away and removing waste and for administrative work associated with the performance of the service.
Requirements for suppliers:
1. The service provider is the operator of equipment intended for handling the given type and category of waste according to Β§ 13 (2)point a) Act. No. 541/2021 Coll., on waste
2. The service provider becomes the owner of the waste at the time of taking over it from the client
3. Submission of a document authorizing the applicant to perform the subject of the contract, (in the form of an attachment to the VZ) i.e.:
- Ε½L,
- extract from the commercial register, concession document...
- contractand the relevant Regional Office to operate a waste collection and purchase facility, including approved operating rules (must contain all waste codes that are the subject of the contract),
- consent of the relevant Regional Office to handle waste at the loading point.
Failure to submit the required documents will dgrounds for exclusion from the selection process!!!
