- It is the performance of defects, repairs and technical inspections of TATRA trucks of various type series and modifications according to the description in the Annex "Binding Promotion", which you properly fill in and attach it to vz. The design of the framework agreement is part of the tender documentation. This proposal must be supplemented by the applicant,signed by an authorized person and return back as an attachment of vz. The contracting authority reserves the right to clarify or supplement the data reasonably the provisions of Section 46 of Act No. 134/2016 Coll., On the award of public contracts.
The contracting authority requires filling in binding quotation (criterion 1) and distance from the contracting authority's registered officeto the place of performance (criterion No. 2). The participant will obtain the distance by using the Internet link www.mapy.cz, where the address from the registered office of the contracting authority (Dragounska 66, 339 01 Klatovy) will be entered to the place of performance (short route including paid sections).
