- The subject of this small -scale public contract (hereinafter referred to as the VZMR) is the implementation of the services set out in the attached proposal of the Framework Agreement. The required services are specified in the assignment of this VZMR. The implementation of services will be realized on the basis of partial calls to provide performance in accordance with the conditions set outIn the design of the framework agreement, which is part of the tender conditions.
