Description:
The subject of the public contract is the supply of 1 pc SPECT camera and 1 pc SPECT/CT camera for the Department of Nuclear Medicine of the General University Hospital in Prague, including accessories, customs, transport, uninstallation of the original devices, installation of new devices with accessories according to the specified specification, smallveal adjustments related to the installation of new devices, commissioning, entry validation, implementation of briefings in accordance with the relevant provisions No. 89/2021 Coll., on medical devices or Act No. 268/2014 Coll., on in vitro diagnostic medical devices, or operator training tobuyer and handover of documents that relate to the delivered goods, in particular declaration of conformity and operating instructions in the Czech language in printed and electronic form, including warranty service for 2 years and post-warranty service for 8 years and further according to the other conditions of the procurement documentation .
Subject of performancepublic contract is also defined by the binding draft of the purchase contract, which forms an annex to the tender conditions
