Description:
The subject of the public contract is the supply of endoscopic devices, namely:
a) Videogastroscope (3 pcs),
b) Videocolonoscope (3 pcs),
c) Videoduodenoscope (1 pc),
d) Endoscopy tower (endoscopic system) (1 pc ),
e)Drying and storage cabinet (1 pc)
for gastroenterology outpatient clinic TGM Hodonin, contributionmetal organization according to the detailed specification of the subject of performance contained in Annex No. 4 ZD - Technical specification and under the conditions set out in other annexes to this procurement documentation, especially in Annex No. 5 ZD - Purchase contract.
The subject of the order is also:
•transportation and installation at the place of performance
•insuranceassociated with the supply of goods
•training of the contractor's employees
•provision of warranty service
•disposal of packaging and waste in accordance with the provisions of the relevant legislation governing waste management
