(nature and amount of works, supplies or services or indication of relevant needs and requirements) The subject of the public contract entitled "ReactEU-98-Cheb_T-6015 4-piece bed and T-6201 Bedside table" includes the supply of 66 4-piece electrically adjustable beds and 70 mobile bedside tables with dining tablesboard for the Karlovy Vary Regional Hospital a.s., a hospital in Cheb. The scope of performance includes both the delivery of medical equipment with the required technical parameters to the destination, as well as its assembly, installation, configuration, ecological disposal of packaging and waste, commissioning, demonstration of functionalityand operator instruction by a person authorized to do so. The supplier transports, assembles and installs the delivered medical equipment to the specific destination in accordance with the instructions of the client. The subject of performance also includes the provision of warranty service for the duration of the warranty period. Detailed scope of delivery and conditionsi are listed in ZD.
