Description of the contract: The subject of the public order with the name "ReactEU-98-Cheb_T-6015 4-piece bed and T-6201 Bedside table" includes a delivery of 66 pcs 4 - industrial electrically adjustable beds and 70 mobile bedside tables with dining table for Karlovy Varyat regional hospital a.s., hospital in Cheb. The scope of work includes the delivery of medical equipment with the required technical parameters to the destination, as well as its assembly, installation, configuration, ecological disposal of packaging and waste, commissioning, demonstration of functionality and instruction of operatorsy a person authorized to do so. The supplier transports, assembles and installs the supplied medical equipment to the specified place in accordance with the instructions of the client. The subject of performance also includes the provision of warranty service for the duration of the warranty period. The scope of delivery and conditions of fulfillment are detailed in the ZD.
