(nature and quantity of works, supplies or services or indication of relevant needs and requirements) The subject of the public contract entitled "ReactEU-98-Cheb_T-6018 ICU Bed" includes the supply of 4 electrically adjustable beds for the ICU department of the Karlovy Vary Regional Hospital a.s., a hospital in Chebu. Beforethe scope of performance includes the delivery of medical equipment with the required technical parameters to the destination, as well as its assembly, installation, configuration, ecological disposal of packaging and waste, commissioning, demonstration of functionality and instruction of the operator by a person authorized to do so. The supplier will transport, slolives and installs the delivered medical equipment to the specific destination in accordance with the instructions of the contracting authority. The subject of performance also includes the provision of warranty service for the duration of the warranty period. The detailed scope of delivery and conditions of performance are specified in the ZD. -Cheb_T-6018 ICU bed" includes the supply of 4 electrically adjustable beds for the ICU department of the Karlovy Vary Regional Hospital a.s., the hospital in Cheb. The scope of delivery includes both the delivery of medical equipment with the required technical parameters to the destination, as well as its assembly, installation, configurationci, ecological disposal of packaging and waste, commissioning, demonstration of functionality and instruction of the operator by a person authorized to do so. The supplier transports, assembles and installs the supplied medical equipment to the specific destination in accordance with the instructions of the contracting authority.
