• Description:
• Realization of 5 PV plants The subject of the public contract is the project preparation (including the design of the lightning protection system solution (hereinafter referred to as "LPS")), supply and installation of photovoltaic power plants (hereinafter referred to as "PV") on the roofs of 5 buildings in the territory of the statutory city of Brno according to table below (incl. implementation of LPS and the necessary construction modifications of the affected take-off point and roof), namely for a total volume of PV power of 373.9 kWp. The public contract is entered using § 92, paragraph 2 of the ZZVZ in the form of setting performance and function requirements (method design & build), which are specified in Annex No. 1 of the draft contract, which forms Annex No. 1 of the procurement documentation. An integral part of the supplier's performance is the project preparation for the issuance of all necessary permits and the installation of the PV plant, incl. settlement of all the necessary permits and also complete assurance of the realization of the PV plant, subsequent approval and putting the PV plant into permanent operation.
