• Description:
• The subject of the public contract is the insulation of the existing building of the Horní Bradlo Primary and Kindergarten in order to realize energy savings and reduce the building's operating costs. The building is located in the western part of the village of Horní Bradlo, in the local part of Dolní Bradlo and is situated as a free-standing building with the geometric shape of the letter L. The building consists of the original building and an extension, which form one operationally connected unit serving the needs of a primary and kindergarten school. The subject of the performance is mainly the insulation of the perimeter shell and the roof and possibly ceiling structures, replacement or modification of opening fillings and other related construction measures leading to a reduction in the energy demand of the building. The implementation of the proposed measures will improve the thermal and technical properties of structures, limitations heat losses, increase the thermal comfort of the building's users and overall reduction of the emission load. The subject of performance within this VZ is not (in contrast to the processed project documentation): ➢ Reconstruction of the boiler room (implemented in the previous stage); ➢ Insulation of the facade (only replacement of windows + reconstruction and insulation of the roof); ➢ PV plants; ➢ Air technology; ➢ Outdoor paved areas including fencing (only paved areas in connection with runoff traps and replacement of street drains).
