Description: The subject of this public contract is the reconstruction of the existing 2nd floor, 3rd floor and roof (4th floor) to operating theaters and ICUs in the building of the contracting authority at the address of the Dukel Heroes 200, 269 29 Rakovník, all in the extent and in accordance with by the tender conditions.
On the 2nd floor there will be ICU with 11 beds and the necessary facilities, ie nurses, preparations, warehouses, cleaning chambers, medical room, filters, cleansing. On the 3rd floor there are newly designed a total of 3 operating rooms with preparations, warehouses, anesthesia, medical room, filter, etc. New layouts on the 2nd floor and 3rd floor require the demolition of existing internal dividing masonry structures. However, the existing skeleton support system will remain unchanged. At the same time, construction work requires the need to carry out new internal water supply, sewerage, central heating, HVAC, medical gases.
