Description:
The subject of the public contract is the construction work of the construction for the administration, č.p. 1828 on p.č.6178. Specifically: - partially demolishing work in the existing building no.1828. - Removal of existing sheeting of roof and window sills, gutter system (troughs, rynhak, downpipes) - removal of part of the inner fillings of the holes - removal of part of the inner walls in 1PP and 1NP, adjustment of layout - removal of openings in peripheral structures - removal and removal of wiring Technical infrastructure according to PD professions - in more detail according to the drawing part of the PD - partial modifications of the layout and partial change of use of the building - the purpose of use - administration and health - surgery, permanent - supporting walls of perimeter and internal, triggers, are designed as a ceramic system HELUZ or porotherm in thickness. According to the adjoining existing masonry, non -load -bearing partitions in the 1NP, 2NP aerated concrete eg Ytong, in 1PP ceramic - exterior finish plaster in system design during contact insulation, plaster plaster smooth, complemented by ceramic tiles.
