Description:
The subject of the public contract is to carry out construction work consisting in the reconstruction and modernization of the building of the Secondary School of Applied Arts of the Ceramics and Glass Karlovy Vary, which is located at us. 17th November 710/12, on land parc. No. 394/1, 394/2, 394/3, 395/1 to 395/5, 396 in the cityParts of the fisherman, cadastral fishermen, processing documentation of the actual construction of the construction (DSPS) using the BIM method and providing the common data environment (CDE) only after the work and converting data from the CDE to the internal storage of the contracting authority. The subject of performance is defined in detail in the draft contract that is an attachment2 of the tender documentation. In the stage I will be carried out in particular: removal of the residential part of the main historical building and small buildings on the land of the school, ie the existing garage, the transformer station owned by ČEZ Distribucea.s., warehouse with garage, and extensions to the school building, relocation of transformer station to a new building. The main historical building will be reconstructed and the construction of a new building will be built in parallel. The northern wing of the new building will be completed in short form without the last three fields. The school holidays will occurMoving the school. In the stage II, it is assumed in particular: removal of the relaxed school building (or at least adjacent wing), completion of three fields of skeleton towards the 17th November square.
