• The subject of the project is the construction work related to the reconstruction of 2 housing units and the construction of barrier -free access to the house Kostomlatska 118 in Světc. SO 101 - flats designed apartments are located on the 1st floor of the existing apartment building, at present they do not meet standards for accessibility. U one of the apartments The disposition will remain more or less preserved, but construction work will be made to ensure barrier -free use - the fixtures (ZP), the demolition of existing partitions and the construction of new partitions from the aerated concrete smooth blocks TL 75 and 125mm will be replaced. The second apartment is designed only by surface Edit and replacement of one door to the bathroom. SO 102 - Rear entrance of the construction work solves barrier -free access and use 1 housing unit in the building. The barrier -free rear entrance and a new layout for 1BJ are designed. The proposed modification includes removing the existing window including the window sill and replacing it through the door. The translation above the opening will remain the original as it suits the new solution statically. The rear entrance will be made of concrete grass blocks placed in the compacted gravel bed. The height difference between the interior floor and the exterior terrain is about 120 mm. To overcome it will be built before entering Short ramp at a slope of max. 12.5 %, complying with ČSN 73 4001 requirements for short ramps. In front of the entrance doors, a 1.5 x 1.5 m handling area will be built to allow comfortable persons on a wheelchair. Access area to the ramp will be modified using grass concrete squares.
