- Description:
- The subject of the contract is the reconstruction of the existing atrium in the elementary school campus. The aim of revitalizing the atrium is to improve its condition so that it can be used not only for the movement and relaxation of children during breaks, but also for other social, educational or cultural activities. The existing paved areas, including the base, as well as the existing bushes, will be removed. It is proposed to build new paved areas, greenery, seating areas, space for outdoor teaching, elements of urban furniture, lighting and fog, which will create a comprehensive space. The on-site storm sewer lines within the atrium will be partially demolished and replaced with new lines to the newly implemented linear gutters. A new water supply will be made for the fog box, which will be connected to the existing water distribution of the maintenance room. The new outdoor LV distribution will power the socket and light circuits in the atrium. A more detailed technical and technological description, project documentation and list of works (measurement list) are part of the tender conditions as Appendix No. 2 and are binding for the contractor.
