- The intention of the contracting authority is in particular: - reconstruction of the heat source in the building (the heat source is a category II boiler according to its installed capacity in the sense of Proclamation No. 91/1993 Coll.), - installation of a new measurement and regulation system, - replacement of part of the heating elements in the building, - replacement of the majority of the existing control fittings of heating elements with new thermostatic valves with thermostatic heads, - modification of the central hot water preparation system, - construction work connected with the reconstruction of the heat source (new downpipe under floor of the boiler room, new flooring in part of the floor plan of the boiler room, reconstruction of the flue gas path, new plastering in the boiler room).
