- The intention of the contracting authority is in particular: - reconstruction of the heat source in the building (the heat source is a boiler room of the III category in terms of its installed output in the sense of proclamation no. 91/1993 Coll.), - replacement of part of the backbone distribution of the central heating in the area of the boiler room, - construction work associated with the reconstruction of the heat source (new downpipe under the floor of the boiler room, new flooring in part of the floor plan of the boiler room, reconstruction of the flue gas path, new plastering in the boiler room).
