• The subject of the public work contract is to make the work to the extent set out in this tender documentation and its attachments. This is a change in the completed building associated with a change in the use of the whole building. Currently there is a doctor's office and storage space for kindergarten, the rest ofThe object is unused. The building will now contain the operation of a child group for a maximum of 12 children and in the second half the office of the doctor will be placed. The object will beInsulated - part of the facade with EPS contact system, part of mineral wool with wooden tiles. Around the windows will be shaggy from EPS hiding blinds. The existing flooring is removed in the 1st NP and is replaced by a new construction against radon insulation. Masonry will be injected against moisture andBasics provided with vertical waterproofing and XPS insulation. Window openings will change on the facade - some will be walled up, others are extended or newly created. The street facade will be complemented by a bracket shelter on steel columns and a concrete wall. Entrance to the land for the children's group and for the operation of the kindergartenThey are solved separately from the public space through two goals. The outdoor areas of the nursery school and children's groups will be separated by fencing. The interior will be adjusted layout, the replacement of tiles, ceilings, repair of plasters of vertical structures and painting in the range of 100 %will be replaced.
