Description:
The subject of the contract is the complete reconstruction of building no. 6 in Havlíčková Street in Domažlice and its conversion into an apartment building with 18 apartment units with layouts of 1+kk, 2+kk, 2+1 and 3+kk. The entire contract will be carried out within the scope specified in the project documentation and a list of construction works, supplies and services with a statement of measurements. The exception is the delivery and installation of PV plants, this is not part of the implementation of this contract. The order is co-financed from the New Green Savings program. The requirements of the provider must be taken into account during implementation subsidy, including meeting the relevant requirements set out in the Technical Guidelines for the Application of the Do Not Significantly Harm (DNSH) principle under the Recovery and Resilience Instrument Regulation (2021/C 58/01).
