Description:
The subject of the public contract is the reconstruction of protected housing on land parcel number 322 and 323, all in the cadastral area Zablati near Bohumin, village Bohumin. These are construction work consisting of modifications of the existing building of the house including an extension of the new vestibule, building modifications, replacementWindows and doors, facade and roof insulation, fencing and reconstruction and extension of paved areas. In addition, the rainwater sewer, storage tank, infiltration building, area sewage, house WWTP, area wiring of ELEKTRO and PVE will be realized.Public contracts, including the technical conditions in the details necessary for the processing of the offer, are given in the Annexes of the tender documentation.
It is assumed that the subject of the contract will be co -financed by the European Union as part of the National Renewal National Plan - Modernization and Development of Rescue Services Social ServicesCare (hereinafter referred to as "NPO"). Reg. Project number CZ.31.6.0/0.0/0.0/24_138/0011293.Sign in, the tour of the place of performance will take place on 18. 3. 2025, the meeting of the interested parties will be at 9:00 am, in front of the entrance to the building of the house Na Piskach č.p. 381, Bohumin - Zablati. The tour of the place of performance is used to familiarize suppliers with the place of future performance. Representatives of suppliers may be able to inspect the place of performanceIt is only an informative character to ask questions, but the answers to them are only informative and it is not possible to invoke their binding. The supplier's authorization is not affected to request an explanation of the tender documentation pursuant to Article 6 of the tenderdocumentation.
