Description:
The subject of the public contract is the preparation of project documentation for the execution of the building using the BIM method for the reconstruction of the building at the address Senovažne naměsti 977/24, 110 00 Prague 1. The subject of the Contract is specifically:
a) creation of an information model of the building;
b) creation and regular updating of the Implementation PlanBIM (BEP);
c) development of construction project documentation in the required stages by generating them from a digital information model in accordance with the prepared BIM implementation plan (BEP) and divided into individual stages according to the approved implementation procedure a
d) development of final evaluation reportsy on the implementation of BIM (max. 5 A4 pages) evaluating
pilot project focusing on:
1. annexes to the work contract (especially the BIM Implementation Plan template);
2. data standard;
3. classification system;
4. preparation of the information model;
5. preparation of 2D documentation from the model a
6. preparation of documents for the budget;
all this under the conditions specified in the Annexes to the Contract.
Part of the performance is also the provision of 10 accesses to the common data environment ("CDE"), for the period until the completion of the work. The deployment of the CDE system must meet all the conditions of the technical specification and the required functionalities defined in the appendicesi č. 1 a 2 Smlouvy.
