- The subject of construction work is the reconstruction and change of the use of an apartment building in Ostrava - MariΓ‘nskΓ© Hory, which will be kept in a new condition as protected housing. The house is four -storey with 3 above and one underground floor. The attic is not and will not be used. The building is covered with a hip roof. The ground plan dimensions of the building are 28.15 x 12.15 m. The height of the building is about 15 meters from the ground level. In the new state, the building will be insulated, the elevator shaft and the layout of the building will be changed. In the new state, the building will connect to the hot water pipeline of Veolia Energie ΔR, a.s. As part of the construction, the pipeline of the water supply connection, rain and sewage sewer will be repaired in the original route and dimension
