Description:
The subject of the construction works is mainly the construction of a new arch of the building, which will be insulated. The roof will be insulated accordingly, the standing windows will be replaced with new insulated triple-glazed windows, the new windows of the load-bearing walls will be installed on the outer edge of the masonry. The entrance door will be made of aluminum with a sprung thermal bridge, a panel infill and a bonom lamp made of tempered triple glass. The interior electrical installation of the lighting will be carried out. The heating of the building with the heat source of gas boilers will be replaced by the heating with the heat source of the air/water heat pump with the support of FVE. The essence of the contract is the construction of a photovoltaic power plant with battery storage, including the daily and operational MaR.
