• Description:
• The contracting authority awards this sub-limit public contract for construction works in connection with the performance of relevant activities in the sense of the provisions of § 153 paragraph 1 letter f) Act No. 134/2016 Coll., on the award of public contracts, as amended (hereinafter also "ZZVZ"). In accordance with § 151 paragraph 1 ZZVZ, this considers the contract to be a sectoral public contract. Since the estimated value of the public contract does not reach the set financial limit, the contracting authority is not obliged to award the subject sectoral public contract in the procurement procedure according to § 158, paragraph 1 of the ZZVZ. Therefore, the contracting authority does not enter this public order in the contract procedure according to ZZVZ. The public contract is awarded in accordance with the requirements and conditions established by the SŽ directive SM53 Directive on the awarding of public contracts, which is an internal regulation of the contracting authority and regulates the procedures for the application of ZZVZ in the conditions of the Railway Administration, a state organization. A public contract is a public contract for construction works and in the sense of § 14 paragraph 3 letter c) ZZVZ is the subject of this public order as well as the provision of related project activities. The subject of the public contract is the removal of the very bad or emergency condition of some wooden load-bearing structures of the ceilings and elements of the roof, either replacement or repair. The current state of the structures is described and drawn in the tender documentation. The affected premises are temporarily supported by stanchions, they have been moved out and not all construction work was completed here as part of the previous construction "Reconstruction of the dispatch building in the Bohumin Railway".
