The subject of the public contract is to ensure the performance of the technical supervision of the builder (TDS) and the coordinator of safety and health protection at work (BOZP) and the provision of related services during the implementation of construction, demolition and other works of all objects of the contract Reconstruction, completion and modernizationbuildings of former stables for the needs of practical teaching of agricultural disciplines at SZeŠ and SOU CHKT, Kostelec nad Orlici in the scope and specification given by the project documentation at the level of Documentation for the construction (hereinafter "DPS") processed by Digitronic CZ s.r.o., Za Pasaži 1429, Zelene Předměsti, 53002 Pardubice, ID: 48168017 from 12/2021, then the execution of demolition work in the scope and specification given in the project documentation in the DEMOLITION stage and DEMOLITION Addendum No. 1 processed by Digitronic CZ s.r.o., Za Pasaži 1429, Zelene Předměsti, 530 02 Pardubice, ID : 48168017 from 05/2021 and 09/2021, dbut also in accordance with the conditions stated in the construction permit of the building - COMMON PERMIT File no. MUKO-9423/2022-Ia, File no. 5331/2021, acquisition of legal force from 23.03.2022, DECISION no.
