• Description:
• The subject of the public contract is the reconstruction of Požární Street in Bor. The local road category is MO2p with a design speed of 50 km/h. The width of the driving lane is 3.0 m, the total width of the road is therefore 6.0 m. Perpendicular parking spaces are designed along part of the road length 5.0 m and basic width 2.5 m. A two-sided sidewalk will be established in the affected area. The length of the reconstructed section is 192.62 m. Concrete will be the basic building material in addition to asphalt surfaces. New road curbs for local traffic will be made from concrete road curbs. The pavement will be made of concrete paving formwork. Communication and parking areas are designed from asphalt concrete. Sidewalks and ramps are designed with a cover made of concrete formwork. The types of materials used are evident from situational drawings and from other drawing attachments, or will be specified in the next stage of the project documentation. The contracting authority is interested in awarding a public contract in accordance with the principles of socially responsible public procurement. Socially responsible procurement except the emphasis on purely economic parameters also takes into account related impacts, especially in the field of employment, social and labor rights and the environment. The contracting authority requires the participant in the procurement procedure to ensure legal compliance when performing the subject of the public contract employment, fair working conditions and an adequate level of job security for all persons involved in the performance of the public contract. The participant in the procurement procedure is obliged to ensure this requirement of the contracting authority and with its subcontractors.
