• Description:
• Subject of the public contract: Execution of construction works consisting in the reconstruction of the heating system and heating water distribution for ventilation in a primary school. This involves the dismantling of the existing system and the delivery, installation and assembly, including commissioning of the new heating system and execution of related services. It is a set of multi-level, one to three-story, spatially and structurally interconnected buildings A-F and connecting corridors, with an existing, over 50-year-old heating radiator system, connected to the source of heat, which is a transfer, pressure-dependent station (PS), located in the 1st floor (basement) of building "C" of the school premises, as an intermediate element of the actual heat source, which is a separate exchanger station located outside the floor plan of the school buildings. New heating pipelines the systems will be made of hard copper pipes, the pipes will be joined by soldering. Important notice: In view of the fact that the determination of the technical conditions of the subject of performance cannot be sufficiently precise in the sense of § 89, paragraph 6 of the ZZVZ to ensure functionality of the new heating system in a complex multi-level system of interconnected school buildings, contains project documentation including a list of construction works, supplies and services with a list of dimensions to be filled in, a solution including elements of a specific supplier or specific products, in particular the manufacturer Sinusverteiler GmbH. For each such specific reference to a particular supplier, product, patent, utility model, industrial design, trademark, and designation of origin, the Procurer expressly permits participants to offer an equivalent solution instead of such specific performance.
