• Description:
• The subject of the public order is construction work involving the reconstruction of the existing building of the Hornk cinema in the town of Zbov, representing a change in the completed structure, including related building rights, buildings and rights to outdoor areas. The implementation will take place on the land park. . 310/2 and 310/1 v cadastral land of the city of Zbova. The content of the filling is mainly: construction rights of the cinema building, including the insulation of the building envelope, the right facade, the right opening and the right entrance, implementation of the construction of the building, the rights of the internal premises of the building for the purposes of operating the cinema and commercial premises (restaurants) including their land, reconstruction and real technical infrastructure of the building, especially sewerage connections, including revisions and internal distribution, construction of new reinforced areas and access roads, implementation of garden rights around the building, carried out electrical installation of high-current and low-current distribution in the scope according to project documentation. The subject of the public order is not the realization of air conditioning, which will long be independent. The contractor is obliged to ensure the coordination of his work with the air-conditioning contractor and others by construction contractors.
