• Description:
• The subject of the performance of the public contract is the repair of the surface of the existing football field consisting of the removal of the original artificial turf and rubber mat, comparison of the base layer, installation of additional paving around the perimeter of the field, and subsequently the laying of damping pads and new artificial turf. The parameters and dimensions of the playground will correspond to the WMF standards for an unfilled surface. The surface of the soccer field consists of a special flexible prefabricated mat that meets the following parameters: Expanded material polypropylene EPP Properties min. thickness 18 mm density min. 30kg/m3 EPP mat, non-freezing and still fulfilling its flexible function. Required parameters of the artificial lawn: The lawn is completely unfilled. It meets the parameters of EN 15330-1 and is approved for international WMF competition. The lawn is made up of a combination of min. 3 types of fibers, min. 2 fibers must be wavy yarns. The straight monofilament fiber is complemented by wavy textured and KDK fiber, which fully replaces the backfill. stalk height max. 25 mm +/- 1 mm number of injections min. 28,000 stitches/m2 +/-5% total fiber weight min. 2,400 g/m2 total lawn weight min. 3,900 g/m2 water permeability min. 55 l/min/m2 (i.e. min. 3,300 mm/hour) As part of the offer, the supplier is obliged to submit: - a technical sheet of the proposed surface corresponding to to the requirements stated in this tender documentation, - proof of certification of the proposed surface by the World Indoor Football Federation (WMF).
