- The subject of the fulfillment of the public contract, in accordance with the contracting authority's objectives, is to carry out construction work and maintenance work in the UMPRUM building (4th stage) at Prague 1, Stare MΔsto Δ.p. 80, Δ.p. 70, Jan Palach 3, Prague, a comprehensive reconstruction of the school headquarters and improve the quality of the environment for educational activity.
The construction work will be made according to the elaborated project documentation of DELTAPLAN spol. s.r.o., IΔO: 158 89 866, chief architect of the project prof. Mgr. Akad. Roman Brychta, head engineer Ing. JiΕi Tulach (hereinafter referred to as "Project Documentation"), which contains technical Specifications, technical and user standards of construction, detailed item inventory of work and delivery (bill of office). This project documentation consists of Annex 6 to the Terms and Conditions, as an integral part.
The aim of the solution is to remove physical barriers, increase the safety of the object and perfect interconnection Workplaces in all directions, while respecting the autonomy of departments and the determination of the corresponding spatial arrangement. The projection of the new organizational structure of the institution into the basic concept of the layout is carefully balanced with the degree of its variability and freedom.
