Description:
The subject of the performance of the public contract is the performance of the technical supervision of the investor, the price manager and the OSH coordinator for the construction of the construction: "Reconstruction of the main building of UMPRUM, Stage 4 - Technical Supervision of the Builder, Price Manager" J. Palach 80/3. Construction work, which will be supervised by the selected applicant within the meaning of the provisions of Act No. 283/2021 Coll., The Building Act, as amended, will be carried out according to the elaborated project documentation of Deltaplan spol. Ltd. Technical and user standards of construction, detailed item inventory of works and delivery (bill). This project documentation consists of Annex 4 of these tender conditions, as an integral part of it. The aim of the reconstruction of the building is to remove physical barriers, increase the safety of the building and perfect The interconnection of workplaces in all directions while respecting the autonomy of the departments and the determination of the corresponding spatial arrangement. The projection of the new organizational structure of the institution into the basic concept of the layout is carefully balanced with the degree of its variability and freedom.
