• Description:
• The implementation of this public contract is implemented within the project of the reconstruction of the municipal building no. 76 in Lhotce (reg. No. CZ.10.03.01/00/23_041/0000405). The subject of the public contract is the total reconstruction of the existing municipal building located on the parc. No. 27 cat. The territory of Lhotka near Frydek Mistek, the plot is in ownership of the contracting authority. The existing building is in a relatively poor condition where floors are at different levels, rooms do not have mutual links and do not suit the builder's ideas. The ceiling over the I. NP and the roof is in very bad condition, in places they fall. A hygienic device in which one bowl for women and one bowl with urinal for men does not correspond to today's ideas and requirements. It cannot be enlarged, so it will be torn down and a new hygienic device will be added in its place in the enlarged design. Also central heating is in poor condition including radiators, medium is Hot water heated by solid fuel boiler. Newly designed underfloor heating with heat pump. The existing wooden truss of the valer type is in a very poor condition, is attacked by a woodworm and in some places the roof is already falling. The wooden ceiling above the hall is also in disrepair. Both It is necessary to remove and replace the trusses. The whole building must be downloaded through reinforced concrete wreath. The building envelope will also be insulated and part of the opening fillings will be replaced. The layout is designed according to the requirements of the builder, the designed clubhouses including the multipurpose hall will be used according to needs and requirements of individual local organizations. After the reconstruction, the building will serve as a clubhouse for various activities, exhibitions, workshops of meetings.
