Description:
The subject of the public contract is the implementation of the work within the project entitled: "Reconstruction of the OA building" consisting of processing or ensuring the necessary documents, surveys and focus of the locality to the extent necessary for processing the required documentation, performance. Documentation for construction, as well as ensuring the performance of author's supervision in the implementation of the construction and any cooperation during the tender for public contracts for construction work and interior supplies, namely in the implementation of the reconstruction of the Business Academy building. They estimate at about 93 million CZK without VAT.
Building Information Modeling (BIM) including making a digital construction model in the stage of project documentation for implementation buildings, Discovering the BIM implementation plan (hereinafter referred to as "BEP") and using the common data environment (hereinafter referred to as the "CDE") provided by the contracting authority. 8 of this tender documentation, ie Annex 3, investment plan and Annex 8 BIM protocol and its Annex 8.1 - 8.3.
