• Description:
• The subject of the public contract is construction work consisting in the repair and construction renewal of the exchanger station building and related outdoor and underground structures. The contract includes, in particular, the temporary dismantling of elements located on the facade, their revision and retrofitting assembly, or replacement of unsatisfactory elements, mechanical cleaning of the facade from dirt and biological attack, removal of non-cohesive parts of the plaster and their local repairs, removal of the existing ceramic plinth cladding and execution of a new plinth cladding, dismantling of existing windows, parapets, doors and selected plumbing elements, modification of lining and parapet surfaces and implementation of the ETICS contact insulation system including related details, supply and installation of new windows with double-glazed insulating glass, new window sills and new sheet metal doors, construction of new plumbing structures, removal of the existing damaged sub-floor of the ramp, construction of a new foundation pass and new sub-floor including surface treatments, removal of part of the channel cover plate and masonry of the inspection area, revision of the heating medium pipeline in the channel and, depending on the detected condition, possible replacement of unsatisfactory parts of the pipe or addition or restoration of thermal insulation, construction of a new reinforced concrete slab of the inspection area at ground level, including installation inspection penetrations and cast-iron manholes and all related work, movement of materials, disposal of waste, protection of surrounding structures, restoration of the affected areas to the original or designed condition and processing of the document part of the handover of the work..
