- The subject of the public contract is the repair of the roof construction above the party's pavilion. The roof is truss and consists of four tracts, the width of the tract ranges between 7 and 16 m. The roofs have a slope of 16 , 19 , 30 , wood trusses are either solved as a multilayer plate with nail joints (northern and southern tract) Or as laths with pressed gang-nail (eastern and western tract). The existing roof covering of the asphalt cardboard will be replaced by a new sheet metal large -format covering. The overall repair of the roof will be necessary, due to the leakage of disorders and degradation of the roof cladding, these places They will be replaced by new wooden structures. It will also be necessary to replace the infected upper part of the trusses. In the end, the static calculation came out that the existing connections were satisfactory, only at the site of the roof outlet in the western tract, the joints were released, which must be repaired immediately. Will be replaced by all plumbing elements incl. DECSSURE. The lightning conductor will only be replaced in the roof part, the downpipes will be retained. The roof will also be equipped with a detection system.
