Description:
The subject of the contract is to perform the reconstruction of the roof for pavilion 4 in kindergarten Tynec nad Sazavou (Komenskeho 278).
This is a total replacement of existing roofing together with wooden formwork and gradient wedges. Two trusses will be replaced on pavilion 4 that were completelydamaged. The building or height does not change the object - the attic will only be slightly increased due to the design of the new thermal insulation. The lightning conductor will be removed with the gutter and roof and re -installed after laying the roofing. The roof will be gradually removed with wooden formwork (boards thickness 25mm) and with gravitywedges and attic, inspected and secured with an auxiliary diffuse open foil against the rain. Then the auxiliary structure of the roof of the roof (slot of plates thickness 25mm) will be carried out and the boards of the thickness of the thickness of 25mm will also be tapped. Separation geotextile, thermal insulation and roof foil will be laid on them. Interioris only planned to replace plasterboard ceiling at the point of flowing - pavilion P4 near the inner wall in the south under the attic
