- The nature and amount of work, supplies or services or the relevant needs and requirements: General definition of the subject of the public contract The subject of the public contract is the reconstruction of the existing school canteen building. The interior and cladding of the building will be reconstructed. A new green roof will be implemented within the project. Construction work includes demolition work, new structures, other construction work - insulation, carpentry, locksmithing, dry construction, floors, tiles, base under relation, floor insulation, health installations, wiring, heating, measurement and regulation, air conditioning, sewerage , hot water, water supply, shafts, fat trap, delivery of gastro equipment is not part of this public contract. The precise and detailed definition of the subject of the public contract is specified in Annexes 4 and 5 (project documentation and an itemized budget with the bill), which are an integral part of the tender documentation.
