- Description:
- The subject of the public contract is the construction work carried out as part of the comprehensive reconstruction of the Smetana Hall. The construction work will be made inside the existing building on the 2nd floor of the Study and Scientific Library of the Pilsen Region no. 179. Study and Scientific Library of the Pilsen Region is a cultural monument registered under the register. USKP: 21134/4-434. The contracting authority is to restore the interior that would meet the current requirements for the operation of the Smetana Hall, ie concert production, lectures and discussions. During this order, completely new wiring will be carried out (heavy -current), modifications and completion of wiring Sweetcut, scenic lighting, new Hall Ventilation, surface treatment, new floors, building modifications of existing projection cabin, recording of original wooden cladding, cassette ceilings, Fabion ledges, windows and doors, delivery and assembly of wood interior blinds, roller shutters, curtain equipment, The execution of the paintings and the final cleaning, etc. The expected price set on the basis of the control item budget is CZK 5.725 million without VAT. Estimated value of the reserved change in the obligation of this tendering procedure pursuant to Section 100 (1) of the Public Procurement Act: CZK 1,717 million without VAT.
