- The subject of the public contract is the construction work related to the reconstruction of sports areas in the sports complex in Trmice, which is lined on the east side by the BΓlina River and from the west of TyrΕ‘ova Street. The entrance gates and gates for pedestrians are from TyrΕ‘ova Street. On the northern side of the sports complex there is a tennis twos with an artificial surface, two clay courts for volleyball and one court for beach-volleyball. Volleyball and tennis courts are followed by a terrace grandstand from the west. South of the courts and grandstands is the operating building followed by a football field. In the southern part of the area lies a multipurpose playground, playground and workout elements. The BΓlina and Ε½dΓrnickΓ½ streams have a flood area. Much of the existing development of the town of Trmice lies inside the flood area of the 100 -year flood of BΓlina and partly also in the active zone of the flood area. There are no flood measures from the superior land -use planning documentation or from the OhΕe River Basin plans.
