- The subject of the performance of the public contract is to provide services consisting in the performance of services related to technical supervision of the construction within the meaning of Act No. 283/2021 Coll., Building Act, as an effective version (hereinafter the "Building Act") Builder ("hereinafter referred to as TDS") in the framework of realization and during the construction event entitled "Reconstruction of the Sports Hall". TDS will consist in particular ensuring the control process of construction as a whole, control of the quality of work in the construction of the construction (in accordance with the approved project Documentation, legislation and technical standards), control of construction procedure in relation to individual procedure terms of construction schedule, construction costs, document management and activities management and supervision of the contractual obligations of the contractor against the contracting authority. Through The TDS fulfills the contracting authority as an investor to control the procedure and quality of the construction, including the cost of the construction.
The contracting authority requires the supplier to have at least a 5-member implementation team consisting of the following:
Team leader - main TDS (hereinafter referred to as "TDS leader")
Representative TDS team leader
Technical supervision - specialist in the field of technical equipment
Technical supervision - Elektro specialist
Technical supervision - specialist in the field of statics and dynamics of buildings
