• The subject of the competition is the proposal of an architectural and design solution for the reconstruction of the existing granary with an adjacent residential building and the addition of a new building, the volume of which will be appropriate for the planned investment. The territory covered by the competition is located in the city district Svinov, in c.ú. Svinov. The building of the granary with the adjacent building of the residential building are immovable cultural monuments. At the moment, the buildings are in a bad or dilapidated condition. In the past, buildings changed owners, who invested at least a uncoordinated reconstructions interfered with the exterior and interior of the buildings. According to the client's request, the city library and a multifunctional hall will be placed in the buildings. The addressed territory is defined in detail in the cadastral map.
