Description:
The scope of the construction covers a complete part of the track, including the construction of technological equipment, which must meet the current applicable legislation and individual requirements for the possibility of connection to remote control systems and ERTMS systems. The construction documentation deals with modifications to the railway/switching Kyjice in km 55.206 55.740(especially the demolition of the covered platform and passenger underpass) and reconstruction of the line from km 56.342 to km 63.072. In this section, the existing top will be dismantled and the new top will be installed. The construction also includes modifications to bridges and culverts, replacement of traction lines and other modifications. In the intermediate stationsection, it is proposed to modify the track security equipment in connection with the increase in track speed and new level crossing security. Part of the subject of the public procurement is also the activities that will be carried out in connection with the rules of publicity of projects co-financed by the EU within the framework of OPD. Othe valuation of these construction publicity activities will be included in the bid price, publicity costs will be listed in the List of Works (SO 9898 General Building). The contracting authority reserves the right to ensure the publicity of the construction as a change to the obligation from the contract in accordance with the provisions of § 100 paragraph 1 of the ZZVZ. The supplier will be reimbursed onlythe actual scope of this performance. In the event that this public order is not co-financed from the funds of the European Union, the contractor will not ensure the publicity of the construction. The scope of performance that will not be implemented is not included in the limits for changes according to § 222 paragraphs 4 to 6 and 9 of the ZZVZ.
